Training with Becca is so much fun! Right from the start, Becca tailored a plan that was aimed towards my fitness goals, but also achievable in terms of my lifestyle and routine. Becca is very engaging and has always pushed me that little bit more in each session. I have learnt many new effective exercises, achieved new goals, become more confident building in weights into my training and most importantly, have increased my level of fitness. I am much more stronger, healthier and confident than I was 6 months ago.
When I met Becca earlier this year, I was in a bit of a funk. I needed some help to re-build my confidence and keep motivated. During our first session, her demeanour immediately put me at ease. Now that I have been training with Becca for several months, I am stronger, more balanced, and genuinely see positive changes in my physique. Other people have noticed too! I really look forward to our weekly sessions, and am never disappointed. She keeps the workouts fun and varied with boxing, interval training, weight lifting, TRX and more. I am always dripping in sweat after… couldn’t be better!
I started training with Becca after doing one of her spin classes at Pure. Her’s was one of the best spin classes I had been to; it was challenging and she paid attention to make sure people were using the right resistance etc. And as a PT Becca is great! No two sessions are the same. She listens to her clients and is willing to adapt sessions to ensure people get the most out of their time with her, for example, if I turn up with tired legs after a long run, we might end up doing a bit more upper body work. I particularly wanted to focus on strength training as this was something I wasn’t very good at doing on my own. I had always done “girly” half press-ups until I trained with Becca. I can now do “proper” press-ups and no longer feel intimidated being in the free weights room! My next challenge is a pull up…….
